Hayride with Pavilion
Private picnic shelters (no sides) which hold four to six picnic tables. If the barn or sugarhouse area is not reserved you may switch to one of these facilities in case of rain (first called, first asked) for the same price as the shelter. Please note that your food and equipment is delivered to your shelter separately from your hayride. Cost is for all people regardless of whether they ride or not. One ride each way. Cost: $150.00 for up to 25 people, plus $6.00 per additional person.
Hayride with Barn Area
40' x 40' barn room where you can have an indoor/outdoor large group activity (cement floor). NO SMOKING. You are in walking distance of your cars so you can come and go at any time during your event. An overhang area is available for outdoor cooking. This facility is guaranteed regardless of the weather. No returned deposit; however, there will be a reduction in cost if the hayride cannot be held. Cost: $375 for the first 75 people, and $5.00 per additional person.
Hayride with Sugarhouse
A cozy sugarhouse where you will have use of the large fireplace for warmth and/or cooking in addition to the usual bonfire. Some limited additional heat makes this room a little warmer. Again, you can walk to and from your cars so you can come and go at will. This facility is guaranteed regardless of the weather. No returned deposit; however, there will be a reduction in cost if the hayride cannot be held. Cost: $300.00 for up to 40 people whether they ride or not.
Hayride with Barn/Sugarhouse Area
Combined sugarhouse/barn area for a larger group or for more indoor space.
Cost: $ 750 for the first 150 persons and $ 6.00 a person above that whether ride or not. Deposit: $ 200 non-refundable
School/Organizations
Using barn only the minimum cost is $300 and the cost is $4.00 a person Using barn and sugarhouse the minimum cost is $600 and the cost is $4.00 a person
If rain or storm so cannot get ride off $300 minimum and $3.00 a person will be determined as the evening progresses.
Facility used in conjunction with Family Fun Fest during Saturday and Sunday daytime hours.
Enjoy a private location for your group to gather while enjoying Family Fun Fest activities in September and October. For safety reasons, no private bonfire is permitted. No private hayride is involved since individual cost of attending the Fest ($6.00 per person) includes a short ride. The per person charge is individually paid at the Fest entrance. Cost of the facility must be prepaid and serves as your deposit (refundable only for pavilion). Refundable for pavilion if adverse weather occurs.
Pavilion: $100 (electricity at Iroquois add $10.00) Sugarhouse: $200. Barn: $200. Barn/Sugarhouse: $400
If your private group would like to attend our Family Fun Fest in addition to your use of one of our facility options listed above, you simply have the attendees pay individually at the entrance.
If you wish to pay for your group's admission, you might want to consider the following options:
We are offering a group and fundraiser weekend program for local groups, organizations and families.a
#1 You can prepurchase tickets in the amount you need to distribute prior to your group's scheduled activity. Unused tickets can be returned and will be refunded via mail. They can also be used at anyother time during our season.
#2 You can request tickets to distribute prior to your event. The day of the event. The day of the event you can return unused tickets and pay only for tickets that have been used. All tickets must be accounted for and are your responsibility.
#3 Ticket prices are: 1 - 50 people $6.00/ticket 51 - 100 people $5.50/ticket 101 + people $5.00/ticket
#4 Your group can charge whatever price you decide depending on our function, i.e., group, fundraiser or both.
#5: The tickets are good anytime for admission to Patterson's Family Fun Fest. They do not have to be used on the day of the event.
#6 : Your group is responsible for ticket distribution. we wil not hand-out, sell or distribute your tickets. Everyone entering the Fun Fest must have a ticket in hand.
#7 Payment arrangements must be made prior to your event or on the day of the event. If you plan to use a purchase order, it must be approved prior to the event.
