Patterson's Family Fall Fun Fest
2007 Group & Fundraising Program

We are offering a group and fundraiser weekend program for local groups, organizations and families.a

#1   You can prepurchase tickets in the amount you need to distribute prior to your group's scheduled activity. Unused tickets can be returned and will be refunded via mail. They can also be used at anyother time during our season.

#2   You can request tickets to distribute prior to your event. The day of the event. The day of the event you can return unused tickets and pay only for tickets that have been used. All tickets must be accounted for and are your responsibility.

#3   Ticket prices are:
       1  -  50 people     $5.00/ticket
       51 - 100 people    $4.50/ticket
       101                       $4.00/ticket

#4   Your group can charge whatever price you decide depending on our function, i.e., group, fundraiser or both.

Example A::  George Washington Elementary School PTA wants to have an activity at Patterson's Family Fun Fest. They would like to have snacks and a few awards. To cover their additional costs, they buy 120 tickets from us for $4.00/ticket and charge their people $5.00.  They sell 112 tickets. The day of the event they return the remaining 8 tickets and we send thema refund for those tickets later that week.

Example B:   George Washington School would like to hold a fundraiser for their PTA. They request 200 tickets to sell. They sell 180 tickets @ $8.00/ticket. The day of the event, they returln the remainins 20 tickets and pay us the day of the event for 180 tickets @ $5.00/ticket.

Example C:   Dot's Plant Farm is holding a company picnic at our Barn/Sugarhouse. Some of their employees have younger children who would like to attend the Fun Fest. They request 25 tickets. 18 of their people use tickets. At the end of their picnic, they return the remaining 7 tickets and pay for for 18 people at $5.00/ticket in addition to the Barn/Sugarhouse fee.

Example D:   Dot's Plant Farm wants to conduct a company picnic at our Family Fun Fest. They purchase 40 tickets and distribute 35. The day of the event they return the remaining five tickets and we mail a refund for the remaining five.

#5:  The tickets are good anytime for admission to Patterson's Family Fun Fest. They do not have to be used on the day of the event.

#6 : Your group is responsible for ticket distribution. we wil not hand-out, sell or distribute your tickets. Everyone entering the Fun Fest must have a ticket in hand.

#7   Payment arrangements must be made prior to your event or on the day of the event. If you plan to use a purchase order, it must be approved prior to the event.

#3   Additional facilities are available for rental at the farm for your group. However, if you wish to pay for your group's admission, you must use one of the above options. Your group can always pay individually and enter the fest on their own. .

Patterson Fruit Farm Market is open year round. Our hours December through May are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and June through November 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
