The Patterson family has grown apples in Geauga County for six generations. In 1956 Sam and Iona decided to move their popular roadside stand to the serene location on Caves Road. Son, Jim, and wife, Nancy, joined the fruit farm operation and developed a pick-your-own apple and strawberry farm.
The sixth generation now manages the farm and market with their parents active participation. Bill, along with wife Mindy, manages the market and social events at Orchard Hills Center. Dave, along with wife Pam, operates

the farm and Family Fun Fest. The little children of the seventh generation (Johnny, Heather and Sam) are a daily part of this busy family farm and join in welcoming you to this wonderful part of Ohio!
Now customers gather from near and far to savor the end of harvest time by picking apples and enjoying natural, creative activities in the Family Fun Fest area. From mid-July through the winter, and into the spring, the popular farm market provides a bountiful supply of crisp and tasty apples, sweet apple cider, maple syrup, fresh bakery and unique gifts.
